I work from a wide skill and knowledge base: medicine, sales, regulated advice and coaching. Taken together they allow me to see what the people delivering a process have stopped seeing.
I started Alsper Consultancy because I’ve seen the claims process from both ends. I was trained, by a major UK insurer, to offer insurance and protection policies as an adviser; later I claimed on one myself. I know what’s promised at the point of sale, and I’ve experienced the service that is delivered at the point of claim. Alsper exists to close that gap.
Behind that: a degree in medical sciences, regulated financial advice, Spectrum Transition Coaching, and nearly twenty years working with customers.
